Does the price include hardware?

Prices in our Pricing page is only for the software use. Hardware such as a thumbprint scanner to manage your staff’s clock-in and clock-out time or printers are to be purchased separately, if required.

How do I start and activate my trial?

What does the free trial include?

Try all of Aoikumo’s features for two weeks. If you do not switch your account to a paid plan after two weeks, your account will be automatically cancelled.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa & MasterCard, cash, cheque and bank transfer.

How about refunds?

100% refund during the trial, after trial it will be charged per month basis.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Our paid-plans are flexible too without any long-term contracts, allowing you to cancel and add outlets at any time.
